Very informative
The session offered by Emma Walker-Cotton was excellent. Not a minute was wasted. Everything felt relevant & applicable to our work situation. The pace was good and the references to relevant research were pitched just right: key points that illuminated. Felt immediately inclined to recommend this training to others.
Very good, clear and motivational trainer. Online training worked better than I expected - very engaging, good use of breakout rooms etc. Have some useful takeaways and some further reading to do!
