Increase your happiness at work and gain the knowledge and tools to increase the levels of happiness of those that work with you and for you.
Full day

How many times have you heard “I just need to work harder and achieve my goals…” “I need to get that promotion…” “I need that pay rise…” “…and then I will be happier at work.”

Now we are not saying that money, career progression and goal achievement aren’t important, because for many people they are. However, if you can help yourself, your team or your employees increase their wellbeing and positivity, then you and they will be happier and that will lead everyone to work more productively. Not only that but your organisation will then have better results, be more creative, and achieve higher retention rates and less absenteeism. In addition, individuals are also more likely to achieve their work and career goals.
