Beyond the Pandemic: Brilliant Leaders, Thriving Teams

How to collaborate and communicate: what’s changed and what’s next.
Half day

Overview

This session will help you and your team to stay ahead in the post pandemic world. The three main risks that have emerged for organisations as a result of Covid 19 are an erosion of organisational culture, an inability to experiment and declining productivity.

This session will allow you to step back and reflect on your leadership style and how to adapt to address these issues. You will have time to plan what you want to be doing more of or less of to motivate your organisation, team and self so that you are leading brilliantly.

You will use a self assessment tool to challenge yourself to ensure you are leading your team as you emerge into a post pandemic world.

(Please note, there is a small amount of overlap between the content of this course and The High Impact Leader. We wouldn't recommend you book both to avoid any duplication.)
