Submitting the booking form secures your place and commits you to pay for the attendance or cancellation fee.
Training courses and conferences
Hub Events Limited reserves the right to make changes to its events, including information relating to content, timings, date and venue.
If Hub Events Ltd has to cancel a workshop or conference you will be offered a place on an equivalent event within a 12 month period. If this isn't suitable for you a full refund will be issued. In the event that Hub Events cancels an event and an alternative cannot be provided, we will refund in full any payment received in respect of that course.
If your organisation pays invoices through SBS Paybles, you will need to send us a valid purchase order before we can confirm your booking, and all places must be paid for at least one week before the event.
Payment is due on receipt of an invoice and full payment must be received before attendance.
Cheques should be made payable to Hub Events Ltd.
You can pay by credit card when you book, or at any time. To do this, login to your account, click on order history, select the order you wish to pay, choose the pay now by card option and you will be taken to the paypal website where you can complete your payment.
Courses will be charged at the price shown on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice.
If you need to cancel your booking please do so in writing by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation charges are:
28 or more days before a course = 30% of the course fee.
14-28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
1 - 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.
A substitute delegate may attend at no extra charge. Cancellation charges apply for all cancellations including those due to illness.
If you need to transfer your booking please email [email protected]. When you transfer to another course you will be charged the cancellation fee plus the cost of the new course. The original terms and conditions, including cancellation charges, still apply when you transfer to a new course.
Non-attendance which does not meet these transfer requirements is considered a cancellation and cancellation charges will be incurred. Please note non attendance due to illness, difficulty in transport arrangements, weather conditions and any other reason will incur the same cancellation charge.
Hub Events Ltd may use your details to send you information about our further workshops and conferences. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please email us or tick the privacy box on the booking form.
Data provided on the booking form will not be passed onto any third party organisation.
A delegate list will be circulated to attendees of each event which will include delegate name, job title, organisation and email address. If you would prefer not to share your contact details in this way, please email [email protected] at least 5 working days prior to the event.
