What do we retain, what do we want to change and what do we need to rethink to succeed?
Full day

Overview

In the aftermath of the abrupt changes caused by the pandemic, many organisations went into survival mode. Now leaders are looking ahead to a still uncertain future and trying to make plans that will enable their organisations to grow and develop.

As we now start thinking about how we want to operate in the future and plan our return effectively we will want to learn from the many weeks of remote working.

Organisational cultures will have shifted, people will be used to working in different ways and expectations will have changed.

Some new ways of working may have proved to be better, some of your core priorities may not now seem as relevant or achievable. Some staff will have stepped up to the challenge and developed new skills. Some staff will have been on furlough and may need help to adjust.

This five hour virtual workshop will give you great techniques to plan this transition as you return to a post lockdown world. How do you build on what you have learnt about yourself and your team and what's important for your organisation as you manage the return and plan a new way of operating?

The morning session will run from 9.30-12.30 with a short break. We'll break for lunch from 12.30 - 2pm and the afternoon session will then run from 2pm until 4pm.
