Key lessons were on the value of Allies, what practical steps we could take to make genuine changes and mostly, that its my responsibility to educate myself on how to be a better manager and more inclusive. I want to create a sense of belonging for all our staff - and this session gave some useful hints and tips on simple steps to start or refocus the journey towards that. Excellent facilitation on Zoom - and lots of time to listen and be listened too.
I found this training thought provoking, inspiring and action orientated
Dana the trainer was excellent and really good at explaining. I think this course was a real eye opener to a lot of people and I would highly recommend it to all managers
