Overview

This is an interactive ‘refresh and reboot camp' for directors who have attended various management training courses in the past covering the usual topics and would now like to be reminded of them, as well as freshly inspired and re-energised by the latest in leadership thinking:

• Brought up to date with the latest ideas on leadership, motivation and team work
• Using latest research from Harvard Business School and other leading institutions

At the end of the workshop delegates will feel more energised around their role as leaders and have a clear action plan as to how to put into practice the ideas they have learnt.
