Overview

This intensive 2 day course will give you a great overview on how gender can impact on management and what you can do to address this. We will look at what great managers are doing to lead effectively and provide you with invaluable techniques to ensure you are a brilliant manager of your team.

The course provides a unique opportunity to work with a group of women as you develop insights about your management and learn from each other's experiences.

You will leave with a practical tool kit for management, so that you can immediately gather feedback and tailor your own very personal development plan.

- Learn how you get in the way of your own performance and develop strategies to start mastering that.

How to get heard
- Discussion around what happens when women speak up - eg interruptions, perceptions that you are overly aggressive or pushy
