South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust shares information on their energy consumption publicly so everyone can see how they are doing.
They are working on reducing energy consumption, water use, and the costs and environmental impact of transportation. You can view the graphs that show how they are doing along with an explanation of what actions they took to achieve this.

Lots of the savings come from replacing outdated equipment or using technology better but, changing the way their staff use energy is a top priority.
"Raising awareness among staff of the impact of their behaviour as individuals is a central priority for us. The Trust is recruiting energy champions at each site, and holds staff training days, as well as incorporating responsible energy use into staff inductions."
Thanks to Siobhan Hill, Energy Manager at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust for sharing this information with us.
We run a one day workshop to help people change the way colleagues use energy at work, the next date is 24 April 2012 in Birmingham.
