Directions:   From Manchester Piccadilly Station
On leaving Piccadilly Station turn right, walking down the ramp towards the City centre and Piccadilly Gardens. Follow the path until you reach Piccadilly Gardens at the junction with Piccadilly and Portland Street . You will see Tesco Metro on your left hand side, The Gardens will be ahead of you. Cross over the street keeping the gardens on your left. On the right you will see Nationwide. Turn right into Lever Street and continue along crossing Dale Street, Stevenson Square and Faraday Street. The Hive is located on your left at 51 The Hive. The entrance is the last door you will see.
