Training courses and conferences
The Hub Event Ltd reserves the right to make changes to its events, including information relating to content, timings, date and venue.

If The Hub Events Ltd has to cancel a workshop or conference you will be offered a place on an equivalent event within a 12 month period.  If this isn’t suitable for you a full refund will be issued.  In the event that The Hub Events cancels an event and an alternative cannot be provided, we will refund in full any payment received in respect of that course.

Payment
Payment is due on receipt of an invoice and full payment must be received before attendance.

Cheques should be made payable to The Hub Events Ltd.

You can pay by credit card when you book, or at any time.  To do this, login to your account, click on order history, select the order you wish to pay, choose the pay now by card option and you will be taken to the paypal website where you can complete your payment.

Price
Courses will be charged at the price shown on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking please do so in writing by emailing info@thehubevents.com.

Cancellation charges are:
28 or more days before a course = 30% of the course fee.
14-28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
1 - 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.

A substitute delegate may attend at no extra charge.

Transfers
If you need to transfer your booking please email info@thehubevents.com.  When you transfer to another course you will be charged the cancellation fee plus the cost of the new course.

Non-attendance which does not meet these transfer requirements is considered a cancellation and cancellation charges will be incurred.

Data Protection
The Hub Events Ltd may use your details to send you information about our further workshops and conferences. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please email us or tick the privacy box on the booking form.

Data provided on the booking form will not be passed onto any third party organisation.

A delegate list will be circulated to attendees of each event which will include delegate name, job title, organisation and email address.  If you would prefer not to share your contact details in this way, please email info@thehubevents.com at least 5 working days prior to the event.
