Overview

People buy from people and whether we like it or not, we make split-second judgements based on personal impact - how people look, sound and behave.  It's called thin-slicing and we all do it every day.  So what do other people say about you?  Are you perceived as trustworthy, reliable and professional?

This workshop is an opportunity for you to identify how you wish to come across, and then ensure the signals you give are consistent with this objective.  After this course you will feel more confident about the messages you give off to other people. This confidence will help you strengthen your personal impact and achieve your career goals.

What you'll learn

This dynamic and thought-provoking course will encourage you to:

  1. DEFINE what impact you wish to make

  2. Complete exercises on how to  ALIGN your style by checking and refining the desired and actual impact you create through:

-  How you look (appropriate attire – a brief review)
-  How you sound (strong communication – focusing on language and voice)
-  How you behave (confident body language – tips and techniques)

        3.  PROJECT yourself appropriately.  Find ways to promote yourself in ways that suit you both on and offline.

Who is it for?

  • Anyone who wants to communicate their messages and abilities more consistently
  • Anyone who wants to take the next step up and feels they might need to review how they come across
  • Anyone who wants to be more impactful in work
