Improving your coaching skills may be the single most effective thing you can do to improve your impact as a leader. The best leaders and managers are using coaching skills and techniques to ensure people are held to account and focus on business priorities, vision and values.

Coaching is now considered to be one of the most powerful methods for developing others, as it supports individuals and teams to release their full potential whilst holding them accountable. As a result organisations are significantly increasing the cost effectiveness and efficiency of their organisation through moving towards a coaching and performance culture.

Many people are instinctively great coaches. This workshop will help you examine the good practices required for a coaching and performance culture and provide you with new tools and techniques to help implement this for you and others in your organisations.

This training course is designed to give you a good introduction to how to use coaching to build a high performance culture.  This course is part of our Leadership Suite.

Why attend this training course?

The day is designed to give you a good introduction to how to use coaching to build a high performance culture.  If you need to make yourself, or your team or whole organisation more responsive to change, more cost effective, and more productive, developing new coaching and mentoring skills will help you.  During this day you will learn about coaching models for management, and have the opportunity to practice new techniques.
