In a challenging economic climate, boosting the productivity of your people is more important than ever to ensure the future success of your team and your organisation.

Everyone is feeling the pressure.  But the latest evidence shows that unless you take positive action to enable your people manage those pressures, rising stress levels will actually lead to a decline in performance. This seminar will equip you to develop and implement a strategy that will enable your people to deliver sustainable, high performance under pressure.  It will also offer valuable tips on managing your own stress to ensure you can maintain your energy, commitment and resilience to perform as an effective leader and manager in challenging times.

This course is part of our Leadership Suite.

24 April 2012 - Birmingham.  Venue details.

  • How to manage in a way that will enable your people to respond positively to pressure and meet the challenges of a tough business climate
  • How to prevent, identify, and address the signs of stress in team members, so you can put in place appropriate support to maintain and even enhance productivity
  • Tips for handling the pressures you face, so you can avoid the risk of burnout and perform at your peak
